A Video Slideshow Featuring Audio Of Metallica Performing Their Very First Show With Cliff Burton Has Surfaced.
The bootleg audio was recorded at The Stone in San Francisco on March 5th, 1983, as bassist Cliff Burton played his first concert with Metallica.
Cliff was brought in after leaving the band Trauma to replace Metallica bassist Ron McGovney just three month prior to the show.
The show at The Stone was one of the few times Burton had played with Mustaine…

A majority of the tracks from this bootleg recording went on to form most of the Metallica debut album Kill ‘Em All — released in July. ’83 — The LP also contained a few of their classic covers like ‘Blitzkrieg’ and ‘Am I Evil?’.
